We are thrilled to introduce a new addition to our esteemed range of resin fine writing instruments - the Wellington.
Sir Arthur Wellesley, born in Dublin in 1769, was widely celebrated as one of the foremost military and political figures of the early 19th century. Honouring his legacy, we present the Wellington, a fine quality writing instrument suitable for the discerning writer. Crafted with a sleek, curvaceous form in rich marbled resin and polished gold trim, this pen epitomises Continental flair and timeless refinement.
Available in four writing modes - fountain pen, roller ball, ball pen and pencil - the Wellington is a substantial pen that feels reassuringly weighty in the hand. Our experienced craftsmen assemble each pen on site at our factory in Devon, UK with exceptional care and attention to detail.
The Wellington boasts two 18 carat hallmarked solid gold bands on its barrel, while the nibs are crafted out of 18 carat solid gold and available in a choice of eight grades from Extra Fine to Extra Broad, Italic Fine, Italic Medium and Italic Broad. The reliable cartridge converter filling system ensures smooth writing and easy maintenance.
We offer the Wellington in four classic colours - jet Black, rich Classic Brown, elegant Classic Green, and modern Black Whirl. Classic Green is a popular choice, offering a graceful blend of light and dark green with a pearlescent finish that hints at the depths of the material. Classic Brown, reminiscent of antique tortoiseshell, exudes a stately and elegant simplicity with its blend of light and dark red-browns. Meanwhile, the Black Whirl is perfect for those who demand a cutting-edge design with its bold and adventurous swirling lines of deep red and rich black.
Every pen in the Wellington Series is housed in our luxurious Conway Stewart centenary packaging, lined with deep lush velvet in our corporate colours. And to ensure absolute confidence in our craftsmanship, we offer a 100-year guarantee with every writing instrument.
Conway Stewart writing instruments are designed to stand the test of time, and the Wellington is no exception. Whether in the boardroom or at your private desk, the Wellington is a sophisticated writing companion that elevates the experience of putting pen to paper.
