These hallmarks prove the quality and authenticity of the material used. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp dir=\"auto\"\u003eThe Winston range uses a rare and unusual ink filling mechanism called a captive-converter.  The end of the barrel unscrews to reveal a gold-plated knurled knob which is used to fill the pen with ink from a bottle.
